School to School Support

ETSA co-ordinates and delivers school-to-school support across the alliance. It works closely with the local authority to identify school improvement priorities and support underperforming schools and academies by providing the support they need to improve; either directly or indirectly. ETSA effectively draws on the capacity of system leaders in the alliance and beyond, to ensure that wherever possible, the most outstanding leaders and practitioners across the alliance are working to improve the quality of teaching and leadership where it is most needed. ETSA collates examples of the best practice to share with all schools.

If you wish to visit a department in another school to learn more about their practice please complete the School Visit Request form (Word, 20KB) and send it to teachingschool@twyford.ealing.sch.uk Some guidance to help you plan your visit is available here (PDF, 196KB).

On-line Directory of Outstanding Practice

ETSA is creating a directory of outstanding practice in order to provide a resource which all Ealing Teaching School Alliance partners can access. If you think you can contribute to this directory or know of a colleague who can, please complete this form and email it to teachingschool@twyford.ealing.sch.uk.
